Florian is an accomplished business leader and author, with hands-on experience bringing innovative products to market. As InOrbit’s CEO and co-founder, Florian leads strategy, fundraising and go-to-market activities. He is passionate about raising awareness around the new category of RobOps, sharing his compelling vision for the evolution of robotics and the future of work. He is also a co-founder of the Robot Operations Group, a community-led organization of experts in scaling robot deployments. Florian is an investor, advisor, board member, and mentor to young startup founders.

Ramiro Diaz Trepat

Ramiro Diaz Trepat joined InOrbit in January 2024 as the Head of AI. He has a background in developing category-defining products at both startups and established companies. At InOrbit, he spearheaded the launch of RobOps Copilot, an AI-powered product for advanced data analytics and robot optimization. As CTO, Ramiro focuses on driving growth through innovative product developments and strategic implementations. His expertise and leadership are pivotal to InOrbit’s success in the rapidly evolving robotics and AI industry.

Florian Schoebinger joined InOrbit in August 2024 as Head of Strategy & Growth. Florian previously founded an innovation hub in Silicon Valley and led Kärcher’s corporate venture capital investment in InOrbit. Transitioning from investor and board observer to a full-time role as InOrbit’s Head of Strategy & Growth highlights his commitment to the opportunities that lie ahead for the company.  His experience in driving strategic partnerships and capital investments is crucial in driving InOrbit's business.

Rosina Feser

Rosina brings over 20 years of marketing leadership experience to InOrbit, with a proven track record of building and executing high-impact strategies that drive exponential growth in high-tech and category-creating software companies.  Her expertise in go-to-market strategy, brand building, and demand generation is essential to ensure that where there are robots, there is InOrbit.

Inorbit could be in no better hands as Ramiro alongside InOrbit CEO and my fellow co-founder Floriian Pestoni steer the platform to new heights of success.

Steve is the Executive Director of the Stanford Robotics Center. He founded Relay Robotics (formerly Savioke), serving as CTO and CEO, where he led the development and deployment of Relay – an autonomous delivery robot that works in human environments to help people.

Previously, Steve was President and CEO of Willow Garage, and is a founding board member of the Open Source Robotics Foundation. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Stanford University, and BS and MS degrees in Computer Science from Washington University.

Sarah Osentoski

Sarah is a robotics leader with experience working with R&D teams. At Iron Ox, she drives the use of robotics and AI to grow fresh, consistent, and responsibly farmed produce for everyone.

Previously, she was COO of Mayfield Robotics. She has led projects leveraging principles in shared autonomy, human-in-the-loop (HITL) robot control at Bosch and holds a Ph.D from University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Martin Hitch
