InOrbit is thrilled to announce that we have been selected to participate in the SAP.iO Foundry Data & Analytics Program as part of the Berlin Spring 2022 cohort. Out of over 100 applicants, five startups have been picked to be part of this selective program. Participating companies will have an opportunity to integrate with SAP products and work with SAP enterprise users who are looking to expand their use of data and analytics to improve their operations.
At its core, InOrbit is a distributed data platform designed from the ground up to optimize robot operations (RobOps). Robots generate massive amounts of data, but harnessing that data remains a challenge. InOrbit can handle real-time data capture and aggregation at scale, then turn data into actionable insights to drive continuous product and process improvement.
By working with SAP, we can bring these benefits closer to end users through one of the largest B2B technology marketplaces in the world.
One key component of InOrbit’s platform is enabling secure access to data, including distributed data collection and analysis at the edge, adaptive diagnostics to make sure the most relevant data is prioritized, secure data transmission and storage with end-to-end encryption on the wire and at rest, and intuitive visualization that works out of the box to manage large fleets of robots. And with the recent introduction of Data Backfill, InOrbit is able to provide full observability, even under the less-than-ideal network conditions often found in production environments such as factories and warehouses.
The SAP.io Data & Analytics Program connects SaaS startups, like InOrbit, that are helping customers across all industries and lines of business get the best insights from their data. During the 3-month program, participating companies will cover:
This is definitely an interesting program and a fantastic opportunity for InOrbit to continue growing as we connect with new partners offering smarter automation through data.
